- Copy the request text and email it to us — we’ll reply to confirm availability and talk through next steps with you.

How to read this board
Each day shows both rooms separately. Green means open to request. Gold is on a tentative hold for another party. Red is already contracted.
Combined PDR + Semi: up to 90 guests when both rooms are available on the same date.
